Vistaのhostsファイル変更方法

内部サーバを構築している時、IEなどからドメイン名でアクセスしようしてもエラーがでてアクセスできません。
そんな時は「hosts」ファイルを変更する事によってアクセスできるようになります。
WindowsXPまでなら簡単に変更できましたが、Vistaになってからはファイル権限の関係で下記の方法でしか変更できません。
１）「スタート」ボタン、「すべてのプログラム」「アクセサリ」を順にクリック、「メモ帳」を右クリックし「管理者として実行」をクリック
２）
c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
を、開き修正
